About Us:
We are independently owned and operated by physical therapists who
specialize in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. We utilize only
licensed physical therapists
who perform detailed evaluations of the musculoskeletal system. Our
physical therapists are experts in human movement and function. We
listen to you and help you
reach your goals as quickly and safely as possible.
We have 2 locations in Marin County located inside the Meridian Sports
Clubs in San Rafael and Novato. Our clinics are separated from the
sports club to provide privacy and to maintain a professional
environment. We also have easy access to all the equipment in the gym
and the pools as needed.

LeAnn Jensen, P.T., FAAOMPT
LeAnn has 20 years experience working with all types of patients, but
her primary focus has been in the area of outpatient orthopedics. She
completed the Kaiser Hayward Residency Program in Orthopedic Manual
Therapy in 1995. This program focuses primarily on the Australian
approach, as well as integrating other schools of orthopedic physical
therapy. Intensive instruction in manual therapy examination and
treatment of musculoskelatal disorders was received. She is recognized
as a Fellow by the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical
Therapists (FAAOMPT). In addition, LeAnn as taken over 700 hours of
continuing education specializing in complex spinal disorders, lower
extremity biomechanics, shoulder and knee rehabilitation. She graduated
from Washington University in St. Louis, MO with a B.S. in physical
therapy. Most recently, LeAnn has received her certification in Pilates
from the PhysicalMind Institute, as well as becoming involved in the
Aquatic Physical Therapy Program. She is a member of the American
Physical Therapy Association and the American Academy of Orthopedic
Manual Therapists. LeAnn enjoys working with all types of patients and
is dedicated to helping them reach their goals. |

Craig Hamley MPT, OCS
Craig earned a master's degree in physical therapy at the University of
Southern California in 1996 and is a board certified clinical specialist
in orthopedics. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy
Association and has over 10 years experience working with a variety of
patients and diagnoses, including spinal injury, joint instability,
general orthopedics, and sports-related injuries. He completed the
Kaiser Los Angeles Orthopedic Manual Therapy Fellowship in 2001, which
focuses on examination, clinical reasoning, and hands-on treatment of
musculoskeletal
disorders using Australian-based techniques. He has also taken extended
coursework focused on Norwegian and Osteopathic based techniques and
enjoys integrating treatment to help patients from all backgrounds reach
their goals and learn to care for themselves. A former competitive
cyclist, Craig also enjoys using his knowledge of biomechanics and
physical function to help athletes optimize their performance and avoid
injury. |
